Large-Group Stays
Large group vacation homes Scottsdale. Each Camelback Stays home is design-led, sized for groups, with a private pool and book-direct savings.
When the whole group needs to be together, a four or five bedroom home with generous shared space beats a scattered block of hotel rooms. Camelback homes sleep up to 22, with private pools, real beds rather than a count padded by sofa sleepers, and a long table at the center. They are built for family reunions and milestone weekends, not parties.
Large-group trips live or die on the shared space and on honest sleeping math. The number that matters is not the headline guest maximum but how many real beds there are, how many of those rooms have their own bath, and whether the whole group can sit at one table and gather in one pool area. A listing that says it sleeps twenty and then makes you decode a paragraph of sofa beds and air mattresses is hiding the part you need to plan around. We state it plainly per home.
Querencia is the flagship for a big group. Five bedrooms and the largest interior in the collection, more than three thousand square feet, with two king primary suites so two couples each get a real room and a heated pool, spa, and putting green outside. It sleeps a full multi-generational group of 22, and the open public space is built for the shared breakfast and the late dinner rather than for passing through. Solace flexes to a similar capacity in a quieter setting, with extra towels and linens kept on hand for the bigger group and a 5.0-star history behind it.
The Grove is the gather-house, purpose-built for the reunion. Four bedrooms plus a bonus den under ten-foot ceilings, a chef's kitchen that handles a group meal, a private pool, and a long dining table that becomes the heart of the trip by the second night. It sleeps 18 and keeps everyone under one roof on a quiet block, which is the whole point of a reunion: not a venue, but a home the group takes over together.
A reunion needs the bedrooms to be more than a number. In these homes the rooms are appointed so each couple or each family group has a real place to land at the end of the day, which is what keeps a multi-family trip fair and friendly. The grandparents do not end up on a pull-out couch, the family with the toddler gets a room near the others, and nobody is negotiating the sleeping chart at midnight. The capacity is real, and so is the comfort.
The policy is just as clear as the sleeping plan: these are homes for families and gatherings, not for events or destructive parties. That is not a warning buried in the fine print, it is the way we host, and it is the reason the neighbors are glad the home is in the collection. A respectful group gets the run of a beautiful home and a pool of its own. The trade is simply that the home and the street are treated with care.
On cost, the home wins the moment the group is six or more. One house with a private pool and a kitchen, split across the group, lands well below a row of hotel rooms once you count resort fees, parking, and meals out, and it gives you the thing a hotel never can: everyone in one place, on one schedule, around one table. Book it direct and the guest service fee an OTA would add stays in the group's pocket.
Best fits the flagship Querencia (sleeps 22), the gather-house The Grove, and the roomy, quiet Solace; Palmera flexes up for a mid-size group.
